What you can do

  • See a break countdown in the menu bar and set your focus duration.
  • Choose a countdown, neck movement or standing movement break.

Give each focus session a break

See the time until your next break in the menu bar. Set a focus duration that suits your work, creative projects or study, and pause or resume whenever your schedule changes.

Choose how to take your break

In countdown mode, Zaizai covers all your displays to remind you to step away from the screen. Neck movement breaks use a camera or AirPods with head tracking; standing movement breaks require motion-sensing AirPods. Both provide guidance and progress, with an automatic countdown fallback if movement detection fails.
